About: This project was a partnership between Finecraft Contractors and Quality Window & Door. The project scope involved removing a portion of the home’s attic to create a cathedral style roof. This newly created space allowed for the installation of several windows in the home’s gable, creating a much more intimate connection to the outdoors and vastly improved natural lighting conditions.

About: This project was another partnership between Finecraft Contractors and Quality Window & Door. Finecraft Contractors performed a complete remodel of the home. The roof pitched was changed, a new screened in porch was added, the roof on the left side of the house was raised, and windows were installed throughout.

We installed Weather Shield aluminum-clad windows and patio doors with simulated divided lights throughout the home. Double Hung windows and casement windows were used as well as French patio doors that lead to the newly created screened in back porch.

About: This project, in Potomac, MD features extensive renovations. For this project, we partnered with Finecraft Contractors to give the home a new look. A second level balcony and carriage style garage doors were added to the give the home a more authentic colonial look, the brick was painted , and the windows were all replaced.

Quality Window & Door supplied and installed the windows, which are primed wooden exterior windows from Weather Shield utilizing an ultra-high performance Zoe-5-glass.

About: This project in Bethesda, MD came to Quality Window & Door for a window and door replacement project recently looking to add new French patio doors overlooking the patio and pool in the rear of the home.

The windows and doors, installed by Quality Window & Door, are aluminum-clad windows with a white extruded aluminum exterior and low-e high performance glass from Weather Shield.

Location: Chevy Chase, MD

About: This project, located in Chevy Chase, MD was a large scale reconstruction of an existing home in 2013. The existing structure was a single story home with an exposed basement. The roof of the home was removed and a second floor was added.

The windows use a 7/8″ simulated divided light—giving the home an authentic traditional aesthetic. A variety of windows are used throughout the home, including double-hung windows, awning windows, and fixed pane oval windows.

Great company that backs their product. We built a new house and Quality Window & Doors was the subcontractor for our Weathershield windows and doors. Wayne and Noe came out to service a broken handle on our 16' Weathershield sliding door. We were technically beyond the warranty period but they repaired the handle for free. They also took the time to go around and adjust our other exterior doors to make sure they were well aligned now that the house had settled a bit. Wayne was a real expert and got all the doors adjusted and working perfectly!
