Quality Window & Door is seeking an installation subcontractor for high-end window and door replacement projects in MD, DC and VA. We offer some of the best paying rates in the area. We are looking to form a long-lasting partnership with a contractor that can manage all of our high-end replacement work.

We have proprietary products as well as established brand names. General window replacement or remodeling experience is helpful but sales experience is mandatory. CRM experience is a plus. Salary to start and then commission. This position that is being filled has been a six figure income for the past 15 years.

Job Responsibilities
The sales representative will meet with pre-qualified, preset in-home leads, to demonstrate high quality products to home owners. You will be responsible for presenting and pricing a wide range of replacement window and door products.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a customer referral base through a defined referral program and prospecting. You will be required to work regularly scheduled showroom hours and some evening and weekends.
We have an overabundance of well qualified walk-in and call in leads that will be preset for you.
We do not use a hard sell, one call close selling system. We utilize a system that educates the consumer and assists them in making a well informed decision. We will help you blend your skills with our unique approach.

Window Replacement Project Manager
Location: DC Metro Area
Primary Responsibilities
Window Replacement Company seeking a project/production manager to manage jobs from start to finish. Experience in window replacement/remodeling a must.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Meet with customers to review scope of work and contract documents
- Provide accurate measurements for ordering windows and doors from various manufacturers
- Order and assemble miscellaneous material packages for replacement jobs
- Maintain basic inventory of trim, caulk and coil stock
- Manage and schedule replacement crews
- Perform on site quality checks
- Mediate and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality control
- Provide minor warranty service
