This project, in Chevy Chase, MD has undergone a significant transformation. The roof pitch was changed, a new screened in porch added, the roof raised on the left portion of the house, and new windows were installed throughout.
To complete this project, Finecraft Contractors partnered with Quality Window & Door. Quality Window & Door supplied the windows and doors for the home.
Installed in the home are Weather Shield aluminum-clad windows and patio doors with simulated divided lites. We installed two types of windows in the home, double hung windows and casement windows, as well as French patio doors that lead to the newly built screened in porch. Casement windows with tandem locks were installed over the kitchen sink due to their ease of operation in tough to reach places and double hungs were installed throughout the remainder of the house.
The final product turned out very well. The homeowners were very happy with the final product and we are happy to have been a part of another successful project with Finecraft Contractors.
