We worked with Mike Steckel. He helped us pick out a fantastic door. The door quality is great. The installation process went well – very professional. (The installation crew created a small problem for us related to our home burglar alarm system. Otherwise, we would have rated five stars.) We were especially grateful to Mike, who worked with our crazy schedules, and made sure everything happened on time.

From day 1, we met at the showroom in Beltsville and got a very good education about windows, then we were given honest, affordable recommendations. Once the order was placed and produced, Nick stayed in touch with us to let us know delivery and installation schedules. Installation was a lot of work for these guys, since one of our windows is massive and heavy, but they pulled it off. If I could give a negative star on this review I would. First of all this is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with, they never called back when promised and always with an excuse. I would not recommend this company at all to anyone. I hope no one else falls for their scam
As an investor my subcontractor ordered windows from this company. It was very bad experience for us. Almost 10 weeks for waiting time. Believe me we brought windows in 10 weeks out of country for multi unit project. if your manufacturers not reliable don’t work with them anymore.. Stop bringing excuse behalf of manufacturer. I bought from you not from your Vendor.

Excellent service! The sales rep Mike Steckel was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful in choosing the right doors. The install team did a fantastic job - not the typical Baltimore hack job! The doors and windows look fantastic.
A smooth process from start to finish. Salesman gave us three options that covered a range of features. Installers came on date and time we had arranged. After the installers left we noticed a small problem with the locking mechanism which was addressed in a timely fashion by the installation manager.We will definitely use Quality Window and Door for any future window or door replacements.
We needed to replace windows that were original to our house built in 1952 and an exterior door. Mike in sales came out to our house and discussed our options. He took the time to answer all of our questions and discussed financing options. Dylan came out later to check the measurements of our windows to ensure a good fit then was instrumental in helping us schedule installation when our windows came in. Roberto, Juan and Luis came to install everything. They were prompt, professional and efficient. We highly recommend this group and will use them again for future jobs.
