Open Positions

Retail Replacement Sales Representative - Currently we have positions open for our Fairfax and Beltsville showrooms

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will meet with pre-qualified, preset in home leads, to demonstrate high quality products to affluent home owners. They will be responsible for presenting and pricing a wide range of replacement window and door products.
The sales consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining a customer referral base through a defined referral program and prospecting. They will be required to work regularly scheduled showroom hours and evening and weekend hours for in home presentations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
Strong Communication and presentation skills
In home sales experience selling to homeowner’s preferred

New Construction Sales Representatives

Duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidates will have experience in selling building materials to custom builders, remodelers and architects. He will be responsible maintaining existing accounts and prospecting for new business. We are looking for candidates that are persistent, goal oriented and have a proved track record in contractor sales.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of construction is a must
Ability to build and establish relationships
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
Strong Communication, presentation and organization skills

Inside Sales Support Assistant
Quality Window & Door, Inc has an immediate opening for an inside sales assistant for their Fairfax location.

Duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will assist our outside sales representatives in the new construction window and door division. Candidate should be a sharp, articulate, takes initiative individual that is good with numbers. Some construction or architectural background preferred but not necessary. We will provide all necessary training to ensure your success.
